Whats the best weight loss pill…plz dont give me a scam…!?

is there a weight loss pill out there that actual works..with spectacular results? i want a real person to answer this not an advertisement..

plz dont give me stupid answers like "working out" because i have already tried that vigorously .

    I'm a real person—and I've had problems with weight before: most of those diet pills don't work—or they work only temp, meaning after 1 month do you either have to increase the dosis or stop taking them—and if you increase the dosis you actually get dependent on them…..

    Whats your definition of vigorously?

    How many calories are you eating a day? Has your weight loss stopped all together? I bet its because you are not eating enough. This is the number one cause of most people plateaus

    Alli is the only one without a prescription. It's only for people who are really overweight, and consume a certain amount of fat (it makes you poop about 25% of fat consumed). It makes you lose 50% more than you normally would, but MUST be taken with a reduced fat diet, or bad things will happen, lol. If you are already seriously dieting, your fat intake is most likely too low for Alli to do anything for you.

    Additionally, it loses effectiveness after a while so it can only be taken for a few months at a time. It's really just a jump starter for people who need to lose A LOT of weight. Be careful, because if you take it and aren't serious, you'll have some bad side effects, and also later won't have the discipline to keep the weight off.

    Don't just work out. Join a sport that you LOVE. I love mountain biking or road biking. It's AMAZING excerise and its SO much fun! You meet so many new people and you forget its even excerise.
    Those diet pills don't work.
    They can actually harm your body permantly.
    Please don't use them for your own sake.

    Speed works. So does meth. makes you want to exercise too. pharmaceutical speed (weight loss pills/dexies) doesn't work as well but you can just take more of it. the way they work is they decrease your apatite because amphetamines are anorexics.

    No pill "makes" you loose weight but amphetamines make you loose all craving for foods sometimes you don't even want to eat anything. so whilst it can be a fun way to loose weight its also very unhealthy.

    The following drugs do work:
    Adipex,Bontril,Didrex,Ionamin,Phendimetrazine,Tenuate
    they are all pretty much just low dose speed. take more if you feel hungry when you shouldn't be.

    ALSO this doesn't work over night you still will have to wait months to see serious results if your not exercising.

    It seems to me that they are all gimmicky. The fine print in all of the ads read, "with diet and exercise". Go figure. A proper diet and exercise for weight loss and health? (Note sarcasm.) Alli, which I suppose is supposed to be even more magical becasue it's approved by the FDA, claims to block about 25% of the fat one eats. It also says that with diet and exercise it's effective. So, why doesn't one just eat 25% less fat and get active and start eating real food? (I've also read that it can do funky things with one's excrements.)

    I eat what I want when I want in the form of whole real food and walk when I can. However, caring for my eight month old daughter certainly burns calories as well.(I breastfeed which may help keep my weight down, but I do it because it's the best thing I can do for my daugther.) No gimmicky diets or diet pills, just trying to eat food as close as possible to the way God made it.

    dont believe in pills mate execercise & a good diet is the way to
    go.I assume your metabolism rate is quite high.

    Stick to the below rules.

    1.Do Cardio work outs like swimming,jogging,skipping etc for 30 mins per day at least 3 days per week.when you doing make sure that ur heart rate is at a moderate level.i mean it should be not too low & not too high level i suggest u do the below,

    there are 2 types of execercises Anarobic(weight training) & arobic (cardio)

    how to know when ur doing cardio right.

    This is called the “talking test”. If you are unable to make a conversation, it means you have entered the anaerobic phase and need to slow down. By monitoring your intensity in this manner, your time spent in cardiovascular exercise for the purpose of burning fat would be maximized. If you are able to monitor your pulse rate, using a heart rate monitor, then the lower end of the Training zone is calculated ((220 - Your age) x 60%), and the upper end ((220 - Your age) x 80%). Always remember that the higher the intensity, higher the fat calories burned per minute, but only to the extent your body functions aerobically.

    2.on the other 3 days do some light strength training excercise like push ups,chest dips,tricep dips,squats using ur own body weight (dont do too much 2 sets of 15reps is fine for u pick up excercises to cover all major body parts i.e chest, legs,abs

    3.Diet:
    eat 6 balanced light meals per day
    eat monosaturated fats eg. flora proactive ,drink skim milk
    Drink Dilmah Green Tea
    ur main drink should be pure water
    avoid all soft drinks,

    have a one cheat day where u can eat anything u like it the above is too much for u..

    **to fasten results do ur cardio workouts first thing in the morning it burns fats really fast.

    **Save your kidney & liver without taking pillls its up to u..
