    Love the blog!If i may add just few words regarding my experience, i used to be 280 pounds and that i managed to take off 103 p. but in to short time period(three-four months!),i was utilizing various pills while training each day and starving, so you can guess the end result- depressed,dehydrated,weak……but -hey slim! When i look back now i wouldn’t do it once more, cause well being and safety should always come to first place when losing weight.

    You’re right a hundred percent ,weight loss is clearly great subject ,i also had big problem to take off extreme weight,i mean i was dieing in the gym 5-6 timesper week for a few of hours and that i managed to take of sixty seven pounds, so now i feel significantly better with 180 pounds, nevertheless i wouldn’t suggest anybody to starve and train to the death as i used to be (i used to be depressed, burned out, received tachycardia-okay now……) Avoid any weight loss with out correct set up,lucid objective and proved supplements!
