Boot Camp Workouts With 10 Minute Workout

At a medium pace, each team must jog in a single file line. The man at the end, then sprints up to the front of the line. A steady paced jog continues. Again, when the team jogs for another ten seconds, the person at the very end of the line sprints up to the top of the line. This is repeated until all members of the team had their turn to sprint to the line’s head.

Medicine ball Indian run

Each team is jogging in a single file line at a steady pace. The front leader, passes the ball directly behind him. The person with the ball does this by lifting the ball above his head and the person next to him has to get the upraised ball. The ball is passed until it reaches the tail of the line. The man in the rear sprints to the head and repeats it again. The drill is finished when everyone gets a chance to be the head of the line.

Twenty-one Down to One

Doing twenty-one push-ups and crunches can be changed to any number. Subtract one crunch for each set you do(first set = twenty-one, second set = 20), until you reach one. Adjust the size of the starting number depending on the fitness level of the group because there should be no rest in between sets.

Ride and Squat

You must have a partner and be in a grass field for this. Piggyback your partner to the center of the field. A selected number of squats are then done in the middle of the field by the carrying partner. After your done, continue to walk the rest of the field, switching off at the other end.

Try to alternate between exercises. Spend time doing the weight drills, the piggy back and squats, on one day. The team could do the running exercises(The Indian Run or the Medicine Ball Run) on other days. If the team is composed of individuals with varying fitness levels, they could be separated with the fitter persons doing more strenuous sets.

There are a lot of exercises you could do but here are three that should keep your body toned throughout the week. An important part to enhance your level of fitness, is following your thirty minute routine with a cardio activity. Three times a week is adequate enough to keep your body toned and fit.

Lifts for the Arms and Legs

This exercise helps strengthen muscles on your back, butt and shoulders. Get face down on the floor, making sure to keep your arms and legs extended. Now, your left arm and right leg should raise from the floor at the same time. Now switch and do the opposite. Sixteen reps or more can be done according to how you feel.

The Dumbbell Press

This exercise focuses on strengthening your triceps, chest, and front shoulders. For this exercise make sure you have a small set of dumbbells.
