Exercises To Lose Fat Is Great For Anyone

Keeping your body in line, bend you knees as far as you can while keeping your heels on the ground. Don’t let your knees swing forwards; they must remain in line with your toes. Return to the starting stance and repeat. Start with six sets of 10.
