Most people think that you have to suffer to lose fat stomach. That’s not necessarily the case. In order to burn calories, you need physical activity but physical activity doesn’t always mean painful exercise. As long as the body is at constant movement, you’re burning off fat.

Nowadays, dancing is not always associated to burning off fat. It’s actually fun to do while pushing the whole body to act and each different body muscles to move. In fact, compared to lose fat exercises, dancing can burn approximately up to 500 calories per hour, depending on the intensity of the movements.

One example of dancing activities that you might like is belly dancing. Not only is it a good cardiovascular exercise, but the movement specifically focuses on the belly muscles. Of course, belly dancing is not your only possible choice. The fact is that if you want to lose fat stomach, then you must understand that there’s a whole realm of possibilities when it comes to dancing.

Does anyone have tips to lose weight faster with walking?

I am trying to get more active. I want to lose weight with walking or jogging, but when I jog it hurts my knees. Any tips?

Weights. Doing multiple reps with light weights will burn more fat calories than walking or jogging. Especially since your knee hurts. Walking is better exercise than running if you are a woman. Walking for 30 minutes everyday will show you some results but walking combined with weight training will have you slim in no time at all.
