What are some tips to lose weight faster?
I started loosing weight i was about 155 pounds 2 weeks ago and now im at 141. Can you please tell me some tips to lose weight faster besides exersize and drinking plently of water. Thanks.
- already drinks water
-already exersizes alot
-eats very healthy.

Keep your meals at 200 calories.Instead of 3 squares eat 5 times a day 200 calories.Fresh fruit in a blender with sugar free jello or pudding mix works awesome as a meal replacement.Cut out all sugar drinks.One sugar drink a day will equal a retention of 20lbs in a year.

You are already past the maximum safe level of weight loss. It is said that 2-5lbs is safe to lose per week. Anything faster, is not healthy.

What is your height? Losing 7 pounds a week for your weight is very fast. You don’t need to lose weight faster than that.

you are losing weight too fast to be healthy, you should stick with old fashion running till you can’t run any more
