ok so men muh friend r having a compotition on losing weight or i need tips to get good abs :D plz plz

    crunches, aerobics, weight lifting. just something that gets you active. plus, one study showed that some people dont lose weight as easily as others.

    eat healthy foods alot of fruits and vegetable, eat small meals, try to eat dinner before 6, drink alot lot of water, excercise daily
    if you do that you should have no problem as long as your not cheating yourself

    Excersize at LEAST 30 minutes a day. Eat healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, and proteins to gain muscle. If your looking for some abs, i suggest doing 100-200 crunches a day…trust me…it works :).

    well u could dance everyday, dat's good exercise
    drinking cold water actually helps u burn calories
    and eating peanut butter or oatmeal makes u feel fuller, so u won't need to eat a lot everytime u feel hungry
    also everyday keep always eat a balanced number and quantity of food

    low carb diet, i know they dont sound fun, but it is working for me.. go out and buy one of those Beans.. search yahoo or ebay for the bean in fitness equiptment, i started using one at the gym and you can really feel it work, it can work your back and sides… anything really. They are about $100AU dont know how much that is American(if your in USA). Walk as much as you can too!!.. drink HEAPS of water, apparantly your kidneys need water to function, and if they dont get enough water they put some of the load onto the liver, which stops the liver working as hard on helping your body lose weight, thats what I was told when I started dieting a few weeks ago!! trust me a low carb, low fat diet will work, with lots of walking, make walking a game, how far you can walk in 10 minutes, get a pedometer so you can see, or how quickly you can walk a certain distance. You will be fit as in no time.

    dont concentrate on getting abs. The leaner you become, the more you'll see them - you can "spot" workout. Eat as much fruits and veggies, more veggies than fruit if you can, WHOLE GRAINs!! (with flax is even better) and make sure you start your day with breakfast to get your metabolism going. Contrary to popular belief, eating a big breakfast will help you lose weight. Eating isnt what makes you fat, its just what you eat. Breakfast like a king, lunch like a princess and dinner like a pauper, i like to think. Along with this type of eating plan, get at LEAST 30 min. of cardio!!!!!!! Sounds like ur younger, so you would probley need more. Good luck! :)

    Best tip: write down everything you eat, when you eat it. Don't cheat. Don't forget. Don't lie to your diary.

    After a week, look at your diary. Decide to make changes. We all know what's healthy and what isn't (don't we?). Eat more of the healthy stuff. Eat less of the sugary fatty stuff. Keep writing it down.

    Oh, and do 15 mins walking every day.

    That's it! Sounds simple, right? The food diary is actually harder than changing your diet because you have to be totally honest!

    These tips will help you to lose weight slowly instead of quickly. That's the best way to keep it all from piling back on again.

    Cardio is without question the best form of exercise to loose weight.

    Get running!! If your not a runner, start doing interval training 4 times a week. Walk for 2 minutes, jog for 5min, back to walking etc. Every week increase your jogging time by 1 minute.

    3500 calories equals 1 pound

    What ever your daily calories are now, drop them by 500 calories. Combining this calorie loss, with the calories you burn exercising you should have no problem loosing 3-4 pounds a week.

    Also complete some muscle/strength training. Muscle changes a persons metablism and will aid in your weight loss why helping you become stronger and healthier.

    Telling your family and friends about your new fitness goals will help in motivating. Having a support network will help keep you from falling off the wagon like 2 thirds dieters do.

    less calories, fat and carbohydrates = loose weight
    drinking lots of water helps because it speeds up your metabolism
    sounds so simple but we all know its not
    My dad did a loosing weight competition for charity and the whole time he lived on practically nothing but cottage cheese and lettuce, it works but i wouldn't recommend it because when he started eating a normal diet again all the weight went back on.

    kk well the best way to lose weight is to work out and eat healthy. Lose the fatty foods and hit the gym. People say loosing weight is hard…but its as simple as 2+2=4!

    less food + good excercise = slim and skinny you.

    eat fruits, and veges. Good amount of boiled meat and milk and water and other type of healthy liquids to keep yourself fill. Then work out at least 3-4 times a week. Its really that easy. The only thing getting in your way is your lack of determination…if you have any in that case. Force yourself if you have to.
