    heres a tip, btw im 15 i workout every other day and im pretty strong, i start wiht a 10 min walk on tred the i run for 45 min and about 4.5 miles and total from that i burn 500 cal. so even if u cant run 4 miles do intervals of 10 min run 4 min walk and do that for 30 mins or more and you will burn alot!
