Do you need to practice a low carb lifestyle in order to lose weight? No, you don’t. Ideally we all would eat healthy and exercise adequately enough to maintain our weight easily, but we know that’s not the way we all live our lives.

Low carb may not be the best choice for the most healthy lifestyle but maybe it’s the lesser of two evils.

Try making some small changes to your lifestyle to make your life a healthier and longer one. You should not only make changes to your diet but also add more exercise to your life. Park further away from the door when shopping so you have to walk, take the stairs, go for a walk after dinner. All these little things add up and can improve your quality of life.
